BEVERLY HILLS ROOFTOP DECK

LOCATION: SUNSET BLVD. BEVERLY HILLS
Our starting point was to overlay a virtual grid over the sloped roof to create our checkerboard pattern. We then 'floated' beams and joists off the main penthouse to create the necessary structural support for the decking and double picture-frame borders. Concealed fasteners helped to give the deck a clean finished look.
